Nell’ambito della mostra nazionale di filatelia Italiafil, tenutasi a Bologna Congressi il 21 e 22 Ottobre 2016, l’Unione Stampa Filatelica Italiana (USFI) ha ospitato la presentazione di quattro volumi tra i quali il “Compendio di STORIA DELLE POSTE IN ITALIA dall’Antichita’ al terzo Millennio” di Giorgio Migliavacca pubblicato recentemente dall’associazione specializzata CIFO (Collezionisti Italiani di Francobolli Ordinari). Sono intervenuti il Dott. Claudio Manzati presidente del CIFO che ha elaborato sull’interessante background del progetto editoriale, mentre l’eminente storico postale Dott. Clemente Fedele ha visitato gli aspetti tecnici del nuovo volume che si apre con la sua erudita prefazione. L’edizione in lingua inglese del Compendio uscira’ nel Febbraio 2017, mentre quella attuale in italiano è possibile richiederla via email a segreteria@cifo.eu – Nella foto da sinistra: il Dott. One of the many events held at the National Stamp Show ITALIAFIL staged at Bologna’s Congress Center on 21 and 22 October 2016 included the presentation of four new books hosted by USFI (Guild of the Italian Philatelic Press). One of the books was Giorgio Migliavacca’s “Compendium of the History of the Italian Posts – from Antiquity to the Third Millennium” recently published by the specialists’ society CIFO (Italian Collectors of Definitive Stamps). CIFO president Dr. Claudio Manzati elaborated on the interesting background of the Compendium project; pre-eminent postal historian Dr. Clemente Fedele discussed the technical aspects of the new volume for which he has written a very erudite preface.
